- Participants and Student participants are entitled to Congress materials, admittance to the scientific sessions and lunches, Welcome Reception and Banquet.

- Accompanying persons are entitled to participate in the Welcome Reception and Banquet, but cannot attend scientific sessions.

- Students planning to participate in the Congress are requested to send the Organizing Secretariat a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute via fax or e-mail.

All payment should be made in Japanese yen. You can select one of the following methods. You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your registration number after you finish the registration. The receipt of the fee will be provided at the registration desk upon your arrival in Fukuoka.

   Please make a bank transfer within 10 days after registering. If the names of the remitter and registrant are not the same, please notify the Organizing Secretariat.

Registration Desk

The on-site registration desk will be open at the Kyushu University, The Centennial Hall during the following hours. Please be advised, however, that advance registration is recommended to facilitate on-site registration during the Congress.

Cancellation and Refunds

Written cancellation requests must be received before July 31, 2019. In this case, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded after the Congress.
